What is included in the €450 setup?
The setup includes a one-page website designed around your café, a digital menu, English and Greek language support, a QR code, domain connection or MyBusiness subdomain, legal notice and privacy policy, and the technical setup of your website.
What do I need to provide?
Your texts, photos, menu and opening hours. You can enter them yourself, or we can do it for you with our optional Content Setup.
How much does MyBusiness cost?
The MyBusiness Café package costs €450 one-time and €40 per month.
The optional Content Setup costs €100 one-time.

Can you enter my menu and content for me?
Yes. Our optional Content Setup costs €100 one-time and includes AI-assisted translation if needed. Send us your existing texts, photos, menu and opening hours and we'll take care of the initial entry.
What if I need more than a one-page website?
No problem.
If you need additional pages or a more individual website, talk to us. We'll create an offer based on what your café actually needs.
Using MyBusiness
Can I change my menu myself?
Yes. You can change drinks, cakes, descriptions and prices yourself whenever you need to.
Can I change my opening hours?
Yes. Opening hours can be managed through MyBusiness, including seasonal or temporary changes.
Can I edit my website?
Yes. You can edit your texts, photos, menu and opening hours through MyBusiness.
Is the website available in English and Greek?
Yes. MyBusiness Café supports English and Greek. You can use one language or both.
If you enter your content yourself, you can add the second language version yourself at any time.
If you choose our Content Setup and your content is only available in one language, we create the second language version using AI-assisted translation at no extra cost. We recommend reviewing translated menu information before publication.
Do guests need an app for the digital menu?
No. Guests simply scan your QR code and open the menu in their browser.
What happens when I change my menu?
Your digital menu updates immediately. Your QR code stays the same, so you don't need to print a new one every time you add a cake or change a price.
Domain & contract
Do I need my own domain?
No.
If you already have a domain, you can continue using it. If you don't, you can start with a MyBusiness subdomain.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. MyBusiness is billed monthly. You can cancel any time; cancellations received by the 15th take effect at the end of that month.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
Your website and its content will be removed when your subscription ends. Before that, you can save your texts, menu and photos at any time.
If you use your own domain, it remains yours; we simply disconnect it from MyBusiness. A MyBusiness subdomain will be deactivated.
